- Development: You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering front-end applications with proven modern technologies. You will apply the latest development methodology and processes to deliver high-quality software.
- Quality Assurance: You will apply best practices in code quantity, testing and automation to ensure flawless user interfaces, as well as robust regression testing, and a relentless pursuit of ongoing quality improvements.
- Collaboration: You will work in an energetic team in a start-up like setting to contribute to the success of our digital initiatives. You should be excellent in communication and documentation skills.
- Community of Practice & Inner Sourcing: You will actively participate in our Community of Practice, sharing your knowledge, learning from others, and collaborating to drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to our inner sourcing culture, where we leverage the open-source model for internal development, to improve code reuse, collaboration, and overall code quality.

Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in modern front-end web applications.
- 5+ years' experience in Flutter web and mobile.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on iOS, Android, and Cross-Platform frameworks.
- Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in mobile app development.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Backend development - Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Strong, clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in large cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in implementing behavioural analytics using tools such as Mixpanel.
- Experience in leading a team or managing a project is a plus.
- Experience in the finance or insurance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Flutter Framework: Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, Flutter testing frameworks, Riverpod, Go Router.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Well versed in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaboration tools – Confluence, JIRA, Office365.
- Certifications like AWS Certified Developer, or Google Certified Mobile Web Specialist are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Lead a team of junior developers, including code reviews and mentoring.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development process.
