As an L&D Leader, you will work very closely with heads of the school to drive school’s mission and vision for learning & development and drive the learning culture to inculcate new skills. As a part of your role, you will be responsible for overseeing training needs identification, curriculum development, material development and training execution for all onboarding, behavioral, compliance, functional and technical trainings for all employees.
A person with deep knowledge of Cambridge curriculum, training all staff members to meet the academic goal inline with Cambridge curriculum.
Developing and executing leadership development programmes for identified employees, Enabling relevant competency building for performance improvement & career progression within the School.
Creating co-creating a variety of initiatives & learning interventions that enable school to build future ready skills across various roles.
To address skills/knowledge deficit within school by orgnaising various activities for Continuous improvement of employees.
Responsible for ensuring all employee behavioral and functional training needs as specified by school are met and learning programs are run effectively.
You need to make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential. You will also keep a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the school.
