About The Role
The General Clerk - CDD Operations in the Front/Sales Department will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scope
- Perform KYC/CDD/IPPC checking functions including periodic review and updates to ensure relevancy of client onboarded documents and supporting agreements in client and vendor counterparty data base.
- Monitor IPPC risk compliance and provide internal training, reporting and prepare/submit external regulatory filings.
- Perform inventory management reconciliation and maintenance.
- Assist the front and back-office teams for smooth daily operations and other ad-hoc task projects.
Requirements

- Responsible team player with collaborative mindset
- Able to start work immediately.
- Fluent in Japanese preferred to communicate with clients and departmental counterparts.
