The Maintenance Technican will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Description
- Carry out mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repair of machinery, chiller, and facility equipment on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of facilities, machines and equipment.
- Service, diagnose and rectify faulty electrical and mechanical components and air-conditioning equipment.
- Perform corrective maintenance according to schedule.
- Preventive maintenance of facilities machines and equipment on a day-to-day basis.
- Use and interpret electrical diagrams as troubleshooting guide.
- Perform electrical works, trunking, wiring, and circuit breaker and filler parts.
- Upkeep system to track assets and maintenance records.
- Liaise with auditors on work related to facilities and equipment.
- Experience with HACCP/ISO and WSH works.

- Proactive multi-skilled individual with general knowledge and maintenance experience.
- Working with the teams to understand maintenance issues, priorities, and preventative.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in the chiller, cool environments
- Willing to work on rotating weekly shifts, 6-days work week
- A team player who is able to communicate well with all levels.
