Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide financial guidance.
- Evaluate capital investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Candidates with Big 4 audit background preferred
