Responsibilities:
- First point of contact of Singapore employees and line managers on employment matters
- Prepare and review forms and letters (Contract, employment letters, etc)
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll - 100+ headcount
(Cross-check time attendance with operations roster and HR system- check discrepancies with line managers, etc)
- Manage company foreign quota and passes (application, renewals, cancellations)
- Manage Insurance policies (Group health insurance, WICA/PL, D&O, etc)
- Work with finance team (Journal-entries, invoices, Audit, etc)
- Submission of CPF contributions, IR21, yearly tax filling for all employees
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Well-versed with local employment laws, regulations, and practices
- Great written skills and able to converse with people of diverse level and cultural background
- Can-do attitude and an Independent worker
