Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for HR well-being programs and activities, including preparing publicity materials, managing registrations, and taking attendance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities, including venue preparation, logistics coordination, and fee collection.
- Manage corporate passes administration, including staff bookings, portal maintenance, data management, and membership renewal.
- Process applications for gym memberships and facilities bookings, submitting access requests as needed.
- Assist in planning and organizing various hospital-level health, sports, and social activities, and support the department's digitalization efforts to improve staff connectivity to well-being initiatives. Additionally, ensure timely processing of payments to vendors and maintain proper accounting records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Health Management and Promotion or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and service orientated
- Experience in health promotion, sports & events planning/management would be advantageous.
