Responsibilities:
- Assist with visitor check-in and co-manage the PIC (Project Information Centre) for LTA Project P105 - Punggol Interchange and Extension.
- Handle and track all bookings of PIC venue spaces.
- Arrange necessary logistics for PIC events, including support during events beyond standard opening hours.
- Assist in coordinating with relevant parties for PIC-related matters such as maintenance, system setups, repairs, installations, and printing.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness of PIC areas, especially post-event.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as publicity and social media content creation.
- Arrange procurement of items for PIC as requested by management or project teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in events coordination, social media coverage, and/or office administration will be preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours during events.
- A proactive approach to coordinating with various stakeholders and managing logistics.
