The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sustainability Certification Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee our certification processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards across our operations.
What You'll Do:
- Administer certification applications and renewals.
- Coordinate with auditors and certification bodies to schedule audits.
- Stay updated on sustainability regulations and standards, and ensure updates are communicated to all subsidiaries.
- Compile and maintain necessary documentation, preparing for internal and external audits for HQ and subsidiaries.
- Ensure all relevant subsidiaries submit Environment, Health, and Safety KPIs by the end of each month.
- Track and report on certification status and progress.
- Provide administrative support and guidance to internal departments and subsidiaries on sustainability practices.
- Monitor quality from the Certificate of Analysis for product bulking.
- Oversee sustainability documents for HQ transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Summarize and present monthly Quality, Sustainability, and ESMS data to the Group Heads.
What You'll Need:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with certification processes is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently on short notice.
- Capable of effectively communicating with our counterparts in China in Mandarin.
