Roles & Responsibilities
· with or without class 3 licence
· Plan and execute all scaffolding works with accordance to SS 659 : 2020 (Formerly CP 14)
· Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to multitask
· Responsible for daily and weekly plan for all staging activities.
· Coordinating and Reporting to Manager and Team Members
· Liaise and coordinate internally with Clients and Contractors
· Comply to Company’s safety policy and safety management system and to enforce legislated safety requirement and the Company’s safety rules and regulations at site
· Supervise workers at work site
· Arrange and Conduct Daily Tool Box Talk, Control the labour force (or sub contractor) with his assistance of Supervisor or foreman
· Identify the type of required scaffolding for the job
· Ensure that the scaffold is erected, added to, altered or dismantled in accordance with the approved design.
· To conduct inspection within the immediately preceding 7 days
· Willingness to undertake night shift duty. (Hoisting)
· Able to work late hours and on weekends when required. (Hoisting)
Requirements:
· Certification in Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course
· Certification in Lifting Supervisors Safety Course
· Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
· Work-At-Height Course for Supervisor
· Processes other safety certificates is an additional advantage
· Managing Work-At-Height Course or equivalent (Work at Height for Assessor) (Optional)
· BizSAFE Level 2: Risk Management (Optional)
· Minimum 2-3 years’ of working experience in Construction or Data Centre projects preferred
· Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and supervise workers
· Microsoft 365 (e.g. Excel, Word and Power-point) (Optional)
