Facility Manager (6mths) - $4200 - $4800
Working location: Marine Parade MRT Station
Salary $4200 - $5000
Mon – Fri (office hrs) but on 24/7 call and standby in case of crisis or emergency
Role
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, serviceability of facilities (fault reporting and arrange OEMs & contractors to rectify as area under DLP)
- Liaise and support MRT station Operation readiness at linkway during emergency and crisis management
- Facility coordinating with contractors for preventive maintenance and repair
- Reviewing processing and ensure compliances with company and statutory requirements
- Assisting in generating reports
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree with 5 years of relevant working experiences in operational environments
- FSM certified will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and ensure works and good delivery from vendors are as per PO specs and safety requirements.
- Prior experiences in managing a team of internal and external counter-parties.
- Strong in communications.
