Maintaining, implementing and improving the current SOPs of the Company
Maintaining and updating the Company's collaterals i.e profile, namecards, presentation deck, track record etc.
Maintaining and updating the Company's documents i.e worker details, courses, vaccinations etc.
Assist with HR and Administrative duties
Assisting with the management and deployment of construction workers
Implementation and development of the Company's intranet system
Provide backend support to Project Managers
Follow the instructions of Director and General Manager
Liaising with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors of the Company
Assist General Manager with adhoc projects/campaigns/initiatives
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Familiar with MOM's Employment Act
Experience in operations
Detailed and reliable
Strong command of english
Good with use of IT/Software
