We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Video Team Lead to join our fast-paced environment as part of the Marketing & Media department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and technical skills to effectively oversee our video team and ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the video team and report directly to the Head of Department and Marketing Manager.
- Ensure that the team’s schedules are met and all deadlines are adhered to.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for the video production workflow.
- Ensure all video and photo content meets the creative standards set by management, maintaining a high level of quality.
- Conceptualise and propose innovative ideas based on marketing briefs.
- Maintain the studio to a high standard, ensuring it is always ready for production.
- Perform video and photo editing and produce motion graphics to create engaging content.
- When required, support marketing team with events and graphic design.
- Assist in any ad hoc duties required by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in a media-related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a video production environment
- Strong technical skills in video production and editing.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Execute action plans for each project within the given timeframe. Be flexible with changes, and be able to prioritise tasks effectively and adapt to tight deadlines.
- Ability to conceptualise creative ideas and translate them into high-quality video content.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, respecting company policies and guidelines.
