- Perform leadership, management, and delivery of quality curriculum and ensure that the daily operations, financial, human resource, and management of the centre are carried out effectively.
- Liaise with Curriculum Department to develop a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum.
- Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.
- Ensure that the centre’s service meet the needs of children and their families.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
- At least 3 years of teaching and managing of Preschool Centres.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
