Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will
· Provide on-site support for Operational Technology (OT) systems and infrastructure, as guided and supervised by OT Lead/Manager.
· Update technical specifications and validation documents for OT systems
· Support OT Lead for site change control activities and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
· Support simple troubleshooting of OT systems
Requirements
· Diploma in a Engineering or Computing discipline
· Basic knowledge in Computing, IT, Infrastructure and network equipment
· Basic knowledge in general industrial standards and Automation systems
· Customer-focused and good communication skills
· Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing would be an added advantage
