Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee accounting records on AR/ AP/ GL/ banks/ accruals/ fixed assets/ reconciliations & etc
- Keep a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the company reflecting its activities in a manner commensurate with statutory requirements, and subject to internal guidelines from time to time
- General Mgmt - Support leadership team
- Admin - office rentals, travel booking, visa, expense claim, vendor mgmt, courier/local despatch, front desk support even though at Regus leased office also need to have a point person. Future own office plan.
- Experience with Payroll is a plus
- 5 1/2 day work week
Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under fast paced environment with minimum supervision
- MS Excel and complex accounting systems.
