Job Descriptions:
- We are looking for an anti-scam executive to join our efforts in combating fraudulent or scam postings targeting Singaporeans on social media platforms.
- The role will require individuals to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of Singaporeans by working closely with law enforcement agencies and Social Media platforms to take down scam related content.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Monitor for take-down requests by law enforcement agencies and bridge these requests to the appropriate platforms
- Developing and implementing search strategies to proactively identify and remove fraudulent or scam postings on social media platforms targeting Singaporean users.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish efficient workflows for reporting and handling fraudulent activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the investigation and prosecution of cybercriminals.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and tactics used by fraudsters to deceive users on social media, and continuously refine detection and prevention methods accordingly.
Salary: $4k-$6k
Working Arrangement :
- Location: South
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 6pm (Friday ends 530pm)
- 1 year contract
Job Requirements
- Min diploma holder
- Past work experiences in campus/events planning, recruitment work is preferred
- Strong ownership, pro-active, conceptual and good analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- MS Office and some knowledge on using social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)
