Job Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting for BIM project implementation aligned with project goals, offer BIM consultation for design, construction, and post-construction phases.
- Ensure quality control across the BIM project life cycle, assist in developing BIM execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Advise on emerging BIM technologies, process improvements, and data integration.
- Attend project BIM meetings and contribute as an observer and auditor, report project metrics related to BIM data.
- Verify BIM model integrity and resolve issues.
- Deliver technical training to diverse client teams, support clients in utilizing BIM data.
- Prepare progress reports for BIM projects.
- Assist sales team in requirements gathering, proposals, and presentations.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, GIS, Building Science, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, Lumion, 3ds Max).
