Job Description:
- Basic up to $3600 + AWS
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 6pm
- Location: Macpherson
- 1 Year Contract - Renewable / Convertible
Job Scope:
- Responsible for full cycle of fixed assets which includes maintaining fixed asset register, prepare journal entry
- Updating cash book record on sales collection
- Preparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedule
- Performing month-end closing journal including periodic outlet stock-take, reconciliation reports of any shortages, input of stock items into accounting system.
- Performing analysis on revenues and expenses.
- Assist in year-end audit
- Assist in month end closing
- Handling full cycle accounts receivable
- Assist in ad-hoc projects/new assignments when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in reviewing subordinate's task
- Preferably with 1-2 years of accounting related job experience
- Able to handle fast paced workload
- Comfortable to work overtime, weekends and public holidays if necessary
- Meticulous and eye for detail
