Job Description
-Assist Chef with preparation of all products.
-Prepare dough, proof, bake and finish bakery items
-Ensure production hygiene and food safety standard.
-Ensure products are of the highest quality.
-Ensure that quality of products displayed are as per company’s standard.
Requirements :
-Willingness to learn
-1-2 years of kitchen experience
-Experience with laminated dough preferred.
-Culinary school/kitchen background preferred
-WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Not necessary but preferred)
- Able to work in a team and independently
-Able to work weekends and public holidays
-Able to start work early (5-7am)
