Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and optimization of the back-end logic of the company's internal work management system.
- Develop the efficiency engineering platform to improve business quality and efficiency through tool and process construction.
- Communicate with product and test team to ensure product quality and development smooth.
- Continuously transform and optimize the internal system architecture to improve the stability and scalability of the system.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of backend development experience or outstanding fresh graduates.
- Proficient in any backend development language such as Golang, Java, Python, PHP and common frameworks.
- Familiar with relational and non-relational databases.
- Rigorous work attitude, strong enterprising spirit for technology, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, excellent ability to analyze and solve problems.
Bonus points:
- Good at using tools, and have an understanding or pursuit of engineering efficiency, user experience, program performance, and information security
- Have cross-language development capabilities
- Have internal system development experience (including but not limited to approval processes, personnel, compensation, finance, data analysis, etc.)
- Have experience in using and developing low-code platforms.
- Interest in cooperate side system development.
