WORK DESCRIPTION:
Overall in charge of progress of projects, which includes:
· Preparation of Design Drawing /Construction drawing
· Preparation of Shop Drawing for Client
· Liaison with consultant about Value Engineering of the projects.
· Coordination with main-contractors and Other Trade sub-contractors & suppliers to resolve the problems.
· Supervision and training of workers, supervisors and sub-contractors
· Responsible for achieving project costing, budgets and timelines
QUALIFICATION:
1. LOCAL DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WITH RECOGNISED INSTITUTE.
2. ATLEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AutoCAD WITH CERTIFICATION.
3. NEED SOME EXPERIENCE IN WSH AS SAFETY COORDINATOR.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
1. MINIMUM 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL FIELD.
2. 5- 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING FIELD.
3. FAMILIAR IN UNDER MOE (MINISTRY OF EDUCATION) PROJECTS.
4. WORK EXPERIENCE IN ATLEAST 10 SCHOOL PROJECTS.
5. FAMILIAR IN WORKING WITH CONSULTANTS.
