Job Scope
- Review all Accounts Receivable posting and facilitate Collection meeting
- Prepare Journal and reconcile General Ledger
- Assist in Month-end closing
- Handle Representative office accounts
- Estimate Quarterly Expected Credit loss (AR and Loan)
- Monthly GST submission and renewal of GTP and MES scheme
- Prepare and review audit schedules
- Prepare and review of Corporate Tax Computation and liaise with Tax Consultant
- Liaise with Banks for bank mandatory and all account matters
- Liaise with external auditors on statutory reporting
- Prepare for Government Statistic Report
- Monthly Reporting Schedules
- Fixed Assets and Leasing (include Asset sighting)
- Backup for Credit Management
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirement
- Diploma in Accountancy and above
- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
- Hands on experience in SAP Software will be advantage
