We are now seeking applicants to join our team as the Director, Moving Services ASME based out of our Central Area - Singapore office .

The Position:

You will be primarily responsible to provide management and control of the Moving Services ASME division and the product activtiies in order to achieve budgeted revenue and profit targets. You will support the development and growth of the company inline with is Corporate Plan and other key objectives.

Your success will be measured in the financial and customer service targets achievied under your direct management. In addition to meeting targets you will also captitalize on opportunities for profitable growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit targets for directly reporting locations.
  • To provide the leadership and guidance necessary to ensure the development of an effective and stable management team to achieve business objectives.
  • To support the achievement of budgeted revenue targets for indirectly reporting branches and countries.
  • To regularly monitor service levels within the ASME region to ensure that all key operations activities conform to Company policies and procedures.
  • To establish and maintain good relationships with potential and existing client base in order to achieve continued and increased business in line with growth targets.
  • To control and develop the operations for the business to provide higher levels of service through innovative and cost effective methods of operation and control.
  • To oversee the development and growth of International Removals, and Domestic Removals.
  • To oversee the development and implementation of new products and market penetration which will ensure the division’s future growth.
  • To ensure that the business is structured to achieve its objectives in the most effective and economic way.
  • To ensure that the service reputation is maintained and that its image is appropriately promoted to the satisfaction of customers, shareholders and the community.

You will be able to handle all forms of escalations and enquiries from our clients, providing resolutions to an appropriate outcome that upholds Sirva reputation. You are able to use data, judgment and stakeholder advice to support your decisions.


This role requires a candidate who has experience in meeting business set targets while also maximizing business growth and opportunity.
