Purpose: Your role will report to the Sales Director, working closely with your global counterparts to achieve your objectives and accountabilities. On a day-to-day basis, when not traveling, you will be working remotely from home or out of our office space in Singapore. You will also collaborate with your counterparts in Repairs, Purchasing, and Sales Support across regions to support the company's sales and marketing efforts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, analyze, and establish key accounts together with the Sales Director within the territory of responsibilities.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts in target accounts and markets. Understand key accounts’ buying processes and key drivers, and formally feed intelligence back to the Sales Director.
- Deliver against sales and account growth targets.
- Manage customer communications for requests on price, availability, and lead time for the sale of parts. Actively quote customers when not traveling.
- Help to manage and resolve client conflicts.
- Diligently input and maintain accurate and comprehensive account information in your region and utilize data on a consistent basis to generate sales.
- Prepare customer visit plans with the Sales Director within budget and report results of the meetings.
- Represent the company at trade events, conferences, and other promotional functions.
- Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative marketing programs to stimulate customer interest and demand.
- Other duties and support for global teams as directed by the Sales Director.

- Enjoy traveling and have the ability to manage an extensive travel schedule.
- Proven aviation sales track record required.
- Proven track record of relationship building in commercial aircraft spare parts, preferably in the aftermarket segment.
- Experience in parts trading is valued.
- Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft spares.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance and supply chain.
