Project Overview: This project aims to strengthen relationships and drive growth within the Talent Solutions business across the Asia Pacific region (APAC).
Key Components:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients across the APAC region.
- Understand client needs and challenges related to talent acquisition and management.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Business Development and Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned APAC territory.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional expansion plans for the Talent Solutions business.
- Solution Implementation and Support:
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Talent Solutions products and services.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical queries and ensuring optimal use of solutions.
Deliverables:
- Strengthened client relationships with key enterprise accounts in the APAC region.
- Increased sales and market share for Talent Solutions products and services within APAC.
- Successful implementation and ongoing support for client solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in client relationship management, business development, or sales within the Talent Solutions or HR technology industry, with a strong focus on the APAC region.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand and address client needs. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, ability to work cross-functionally, proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
