Scope:
- Manage the full spectrum of the HR function which includes but not limited to talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations
- Work closely with line managers and employees to align, propose and execute HR strategy to support business need
- Provide HR business partnering support and advice to the respective managers in terms of recruitment, workforce planning and hiring plans, talent development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and employee disciplinary and grievances handling
- Develop good working relationship with external and internal stakeholders to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships, including various government and non-government agencies that work with and/or support the company
- Work closely with union to ensure aligned business objectives and support the negotiation for the renewal of collective agreement
- Provide support in formulating, enhancing HR policies, Compensation & Benefit administration, and improvement of HR processes
- Facilitate change management initiatives and communications among employees for any key structural / leadership changes, new HR initiatives or projects
- Manage employees’ HR queries and other HR related matters
- Ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and data integrity
- Provide support for various HR activities and projects as assigned
- Responsible for the office administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Business disiciplines
- Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant Human resources experiences
- Excellent communication skills
