Job Description
· Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
· Overseeing and directing construction works from conception to completion
· Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
· Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
· Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Requirement
· Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Construction industry and 5 year working on LTA projects such as Road, Bridge and Viaduct Projects
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills
· A team player with good communication skills
· Meticulous and attentive to details
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
