• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Smart400, Polisy Asia, and COBOL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure software is developed in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
• Prior experience in insurance industry applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
