Job Description:
- Support the NH aspiration and operationalisation of Responsible Investments through the development of ESG tools, analyses and internal capability building.
- Offer deal support to investment teams, interact with portfolio companies and offer subject matter expertise on ESG.
- Drive planning and ownership of ESG and impact reporting.
- Develop and execute ESG training. Be a valuable sparring partner to Head of Sustainability & Impact on strategic and operational matters.
- Coordinate Jr Analyst.
Requirements:
- Knows what ‘leading’ looks like, including familiarity with international ESG standards and frameworks.
- Possesses strong analytical capabilities and can draw on former experience when defining new ESG analyses, processes, and approaches.
- Proactive in taking initiative to research and able to resolve issues with openness, innovation and responsiveness to the needs of colleagues.
- Capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across professions and backgrounds.
- Project management capability and strategic outlook.
- Financial acumen and familiarity with investment types and asset classes.
- Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to clearly pass on information to stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English, Danish and Scandinavian language (in writing and oral) essential in order to translate ESG standards and frameworks between headquarter and local entities.
- Knowledge of Danish and Scandinavian investment landscape for sparring and collaboration between headquarter, local entities and portfolio companies.
