Duties and Responsibilities - Process Integration
- Plan the integration flow with device designers
- Draft the runsheet by translating the flow into process steps and capturing necessary shortloops
- Perform the DoE with process module teams
- Track the lot and report the progress
- Identify failure modes/root causes and address the problems by proposing changes
- Must be good at documentation and written communication
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- A basic understanding of the semiconductor processes is preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processes (Diffusion, Wet Clean, CMP, ECP, Litho, Etch, CVD, PVD, etc.) will add advantages.
- Must be a team worker with the project stakeholders (device design, process module, and equipment/facility).
- A diploma with relevant experience is also encouraged to apply
