Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM
- Work Week: 5.5 Days
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Oversee drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
- Reporting: Report safety violations or disciplinary issues to the Operation Manager.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and adhere to safety requirements.
- Job Management: Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers for job completion.
- Customer Coordination: Resolve job-related issues with customers.
- Incident Handling: Report cargo damage and traffic accidents; assist in investigations and prepare reports.
- Time Management: Request time extensions for export collections as needed.
- Resource Planning: Utilize appropriate vehicles and equipment effectively.
- Asset Management: Ensure company assets are maintained; schedule vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Issue Resolution: Report cargo discrepancies to superiors.
- Monitoring: Monitor deliveries and collections; handle import/export operations.
- After-Hours Support: Attend to customer calls after office hours.
- Feedback Follow-Up: Address driver feedback and seek advice from the Operation Manager.
- Maintenance Monitoring: Assist in vehicle maintenance scheduling.
- Customer Service: Respond to daily customer operational queries.
- Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by the Operation Manager and Senior Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Minimum secondary school education.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar field.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
- PC literate.
