Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
• Ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and service through partnership with Centres of Excellence and Group Shared Services.
• Build relationship with stakeholders as a trusted HR partner through thoughtful HR solutions to the business needs
• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
• Drive people engagement, build morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity and retention
• Strengthen talent pipeline and facilitate performance and talent reviews, as well as engagement surveys with business leaders.
• Provide advice to employees and managers and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline
• Lead and/or participate in MOM, MOH, MOHH HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• At least 8 years in human resource functions
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to engage staff of all levels.
• Resourceful, strong initiative and self-motivated.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
