Job Description:
We are seeking a computer engineer proficient in software development, well-versed in both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms. No prior finance experience is required; we welcome candidates from any technical background with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in learning and growing within the trading systems space.
The role will involve:
- Building trading analytics systems and execution infrastructure.
- Developing backend operations and portfolio risk management tools.

- Keen interest in learning and growing in the trading systems space within Digital Assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. (Masters or PhD would be an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++ R, or MATLAB.
- Experience in AWS, FIX, git, Web Apps, C#, Java, Excel is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and quantitative methods, including time series forecasting and predictive modelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in on the buy-side in crypto, finance, quantitative analysis, or a related field is a plus.
