Responsibilities:
- Development site selection in accordance with the standards and procedures formulated by headquarters.
- Responsible for site selection and development, market research, customer negotiation, contract decoration follow-up, familiar with shop leasing operation. and completed offline development contract signing target.
- Collect market information, understand the industry dynamics, market dynamics and competitors.
- Maintain relationship maintenance and communication with property partners.
- Managing project finances and controlling costs.
- Providing progress updates and engaging with partners as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above majors in Business Administration, Real Estate etc.
- More than 5 years of working experience in retail or catering brand channel development will be preferred.
- Experience in large-scale commercial centre, commercial complex site selection and development will be preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, negotiation skills and project promotion skills.
- Rigorous work with good professional quality and professional ethics.
Benefits:
- 13 months bonus.
- Commission: SGD 10,000 for each store opened.
- Year-end Bonus: Annual bonus estimated at SGD 30,000 based on 1% of the gross profit of the store opened.
- 14 days annual leave entitlement plus 7 days paid leave.
