Job Scope:
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends.
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
