Responsibilities
• Conduct extensive research to identify market trends and scout for emerging technologies aligned to the identified trend.
• Identify and source early and late stage cutting edge technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Carry out technology due diligence and market assessment to identify the best match technology partners to problem statements.
• Build up and maintain the company’s global technology partner network.
• Curate and present research findings in a report and/or as a presentation.
• Engage stakeholders to elicit and refine problem statements and translate them into innovation opportunities.
• Develop processes and workflow to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the design, content, and execution of thought leadership initiatives and industry engagement activities/events. Qualifications
• Degree or post graduate degree in engineering.
• Experience in patent search and analysis. (optional)
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Lean Starup, Business model Canvas, Customer journey Maps, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Passionate and curious in technology, emerging trends, and innovation.
• Resourceful and analytical.
• Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet KPIs.
• Attention to details with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Install new equipment or systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and component replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing timely and effective repairs.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including maintenance records and service reports.
- Conduct training sessions for clients or colleagues on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
