FRONT DESK ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Location: Central (Buona Vista)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 6pm)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3000

Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry and managing correspondence
- Coordinate of office equipment and supplies maintenance e.g. copier machine, flower arrangements, corporate gifts and stationery etc.
- Maintain postage record and franking credits.
- Handling and distribution of mail and arrangement of courier services
- Maintain and update record of complimentary car park tickets given to visitors and guests.
- Newspaper article cutting and filing.
- Email communications and announcements to staff.
- Arrange for the recycling of old newspapers and magazines.
- Assist with management’s office meetings and lunch events.
- Assist with gift coordination during festive seasons
Front Desk Management
- Manage the front desk to ensure a positive first impression for guests and greet guests and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
- Maintain and update the meeting room booking diary and assist with booking the meeting rooms when required.
- Assist with serving drinks to visitors and during meetings
- Setting up the projector and liaising technical support for meetings when required.
- Ensure the meeting rooms are neat and tidy after use
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Presentable, able to communicate well both in English and Mandarin
- Minimum GCE “O” level and above
- Independent with a mature mindset
