Executive Support
Ø Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for COO, proactive calendar management and logistical coordination of meetings with internal and external parties (e.g. setting up internal & external conference calls/meetings, logistical planning).
Ø Track COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
Ø Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for the COO daily which includes but not limited to: handling of expense reports and invoice payments, following on work tasks and email correspondence, scanning of documents, mailing of letters or packages, making reservations and/or travel related arrangements, running business errands etc.
Ø Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and the COO (in order to provide solutions, coaching and guidance with Chinese speaking CEO).
Ø Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
Ø Flexible and open to take on wide varieties of work.
Education / experience / technical skills required
Ø Minimum Diploma in Business Adiministration / Delopment or any other related discipline.
Ø At least 2 years of proven experience in providing high-level executive support to executives.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ø Highly meticulous and able to work independently within tight timelines.
Ø Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Ø Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ø Organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
