Main Responsibilities
· To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
· To assist in opening all the car doors in the driveway.
· To help Security in clearing the traffic in the front of the hotel during busy hours.
· To call a taxi for guest and record their registration number carefully.
· Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times.
· To provide information about hotel services and amenities
· To ensure all guests’ information is strictly confidential for use by authorized personnel only
· Attend to guest requests when necessary to ensure guests’ satisfaction
· To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
· Respond to emergencies.
Requirements
· Secondary education
· A positive and keen to learn attitude
· Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
· Able to multi-task and detail oriented
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
