Job Description
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work
- Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
- Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
- Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing
- Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning
- All other job duties as assigned
