Responsibilities
- Provide support on AR collections & reconciliation, billing, audits, journal entries and balance sheet schedule preparation
- Ensuring all AR-related transactions are accurately recorded and reported
- Reconciliation and follow-up on overdue accounts
- Weekly AR cash forecast and monthly bank reconciliations
- Resolving issues with customer service
- Sending invoices on time and monthly Statements of Account (SOA)
- Ensure all relevant paper works and invoices are filed
- Preparation and reconciliation of quarterly output GST
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Performed other duties as required
Requirements
- About 5 years of experience in AR related activities
- Proficient in GST reporting
- Familiar with MS Excel and Oracle ERP systems
