JOB: Sales Coordinator
・Making quotations to customer’s enquiries, including emails & calls to customers on job requirements & delivery schedule.
*Communicate with Japan office (Shipping dept, Sales team, technical dept) often.
・Follow-up sales after submitting quotations.
・Internal arrangements after receiving an order and coordinate with the customer for delivery.
・Making customs clearance documents for export and making Invoice to customers.
・Sending shipping slip to customers & forwarders.
・Receiving proof of delivery to proceed making TAX INVOICE.
・Follow up on overdue payments and reminders.
・Able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
・In addition, the Company may require you to perform other duties.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 3 years of working experience. (Prefer maritime industry work experience)
- Prefer that working experience as a sales Coordinator
- Basic Excel skill.
- Experience of company system(SharePoint, office 365, Trading system)
- Good communication skills
