We are looking for a highly driven and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Accountant. In this capacity, you will help the accounting team with numerous duties and projects. In addition, you will receive practical experience and improve your accounting skills.
Responsibilities
- Using the SAP System, handle partial accounts payable and receivable.
- Billing and communication with customers and vendors to resolve billing issues
- Keep a proper filing system in place and up to date.
- Prepare accounting schedule and reports for HQ.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors for the year-end audit
- Other ad hoc assignments and projects may be assigned.
Requirements
- GCE O Levels, ITE / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
- 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Able to multi-task
- Willing to learn, on-job-training provided
