YOUR ROLE
You will be a part of ST's Manufacturing Outsourcing Organization (MO) under GOBM (Global Business Outsourcing Management) responsible for Supply Chain and Operations of key subcontractors performing ST's Backend outsourcing manufacturing services as an IDM.
Potential candidates are expected to perform and execute the following tasks:
- Manage key subcontractor partners working with ST on execution and monitoring of relevant tasks.
- Manage production releases (loading) & output deliveries monitoring
- Manage product group delivery expectations with clear and concise communications
- Coordinate across various cross functional teams drive lot movement and dispositions
- Responsible for maintaining and driving key manufacturing metrices & indicators such as (Cycle time, Stationary Lots, Loading adherences, ect)
- Creation of customized reports for monitoring/execution based on needs
- Representation of function, team or self in various improvement projects & process optimization
- Manage physical and systemic logical reconciliation tasks and duties
- Support local and overseas site visits as necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's degree in any general field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics backend manufacturing planning or equivalent
- Demonstrate competency and experience with Backend Manufacturing processes in order to appreciate & understand context of Supply Chain & Operations which includes Bumping, Wafer Sort, Assembly & Test and Finish steps
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving capabilities to scenarios occurring in a manufacturing delivery/output issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and Negotiation skills
- Data driven analytics approach and strong numeric orientation & attention to detail
- Highly adaptable and proactive towards dynamic situation
- Software experiences with PowerBI/ Qlikview & relevant capabilities to create custom solutions are a plus point
