Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy development: Work with senior management to develop and execute a regional sales strategy that is consistent with the company's overall objectives and specific to the regional market.
- Sales target achievement: Responsible for setting and achieving regional sales targets and ensuring that the sales team actively strives to achieve or exceed the targets.
- Lead the Sales team: Manage and direct the sales team, including sales managers and sales representatives, to drive continuous sales growth through teamwork and motivation.
- Customer development and maintenance: Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales reports and analysis: Provide sales reports and analysis data to management on a regular basis, evaluate sales performance, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Work with other teams: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development and customer service teams to ensure sales activities are aligned with the overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Sales experience: Good sales experience, able to effectively develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers, and achieve successful sales performance.
- Leadership: The ability to manage and motivate team members, effectively drive the sales team, and provide necessary training and guidance.
- Regional knowledge and insight: Have a certain understanding of the market in a specific region, understand market trends and competitors, and be able to develop effective sales strategies.
- Communication and coordination skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers, team members and other departments.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market intelligence, identify sales opportunities and problems, and develop response strategies accordingly.
