Job Responsibilities
- Deliver L1/L2 support for office and store infrastructure as well as retail applications.
- Monitor daily operational IT issues and escalate them to the relevant parties when necessary.
- Create and manage IT-related tickets within the business unit.
- Handle email and D365 user administration tasks.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff members.
- Participate in D365 upgrades and deployments.
- Efficiently identify the root causes of reported incidents.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software licenses, making updates as needed.
- Document IT support processes and procedures.
- Provide assistance to the e-Comm team for website and mobile app support.
- Offer end-user support for reporting platforms.
- Undertake any other tasks, duties, or assignments as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT or any equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
