Working Location: Novena / Clarke Quay
- Outbound Calls Activities.
- Field Visits to corporate company locations (anywhere in Singapore).
- Perform data submission/data entry in Microsoft Excel for completed surveys.
- Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission.
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted.
- Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension.
- Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system.
- Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline.
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data.
Requirements:
- GCE A Levels and above.
- Only Singaporean might apply.
- Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese MNC for corporate surveys.
- Call Centre experience is a big plus. No experience is welcome to apply!
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data submission.
- Travel in Singapore to conduct face-to-face surveys with corporate companies.
- Familiar with KPI-driven environment.
