Roles & Responsibilities
This position reports to the Group IT Manager and interface with company’s staff of all levels. This position provides technical support to all offices, including group financial and operational/transactional systems.
Responsibilities
- First and Second level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
- Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
- Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
- Printer/MFP setup and support
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation
- Monitor daily backup
- If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.
- If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of in-house depot automation system.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
- Min 3-5 years hands-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment
- Good communication skill and personality
- Good team player and enthusiastic
- Self-initiator on performing tasks
- Resourceful and responsive
