Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new Sign-Up clients, focusing on individuals with high potential.
- Offer a wide range of retail and priority products, including unsecured cards and insurance, to targeted segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as property agents and brokers, to increase referrals.
- Engage affluent and mass market clients through marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, roadshows and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation and conduct regular market updates.
Requirements:
- Relevant B2B and B2C sales/acquisition experience with a proven sales track record will be advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage customers at all levels.
- Passion for sales and customer service, capable of handling complex situations.
- Team player with initiative and assertiveness.
- Diploma or Degree holder.
